Can I ask for an exact delivery date?
No, Sorry. We will endeavor to send your parcel within 24 hours of the order being approved. Our items are mainly delivered by Australia Post so we recommend allowing 7-10 working days for delivery (although they usually arrive within 3-4 days).
Do I have to pay extra to get wrapping and a card for my gift?
No, When you purchase an item we will wrap your gift for you, free of charge (with our standard 'The Gift Hall' wrapping and card). Although you may wish to select the luxury wrapping and gift card option for an additional fee. The luxury wrapping and card is very reasonable and can make the gift look even more special.
What happens if something is wrong with the gift I have ordered?
Where possible we ask people not to sign for a parcel if they can see that it seems damaged from the outside, (this is something most people would already do). If you, or the person receiving the gift has to sign for it, try to take a couple of photos of the state the box was in when delivered.
If the box is fine but the gift (when opened) is broken/ damaged, please contact us by email and we will give you a return code. Do not send it back without a return code as this will cause for long delays. We will endeavour to return a new gift to the recipient. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.
Is it safe and secure to buy a gift from this site?
Yes, security is such a big issue that we decided to go with PayPal as the form of payment for this site. They are a major company and there whole aim is to make online payments safe and secure. It doesn't take long to set up an account with PayPal and once you have it, paying for anything on the internet is much safer. Please refer to their site for more information http://paypal.com.au
What happens if the gift doesn't show up?
All our gifts are delivered with registered mail. So if something does not show up at the recipients house within the 7-10 working day time frames, please contact us through our email help and we will find out why it has not arrived. We will then let you know either by email and/or phone message and sort out what you would like done.
Does it have to be a gift?
No! Not at all if you see something you like. That's great. As you are not being charged for wrapping it will still come in the standard wrapping just choose to leave the card blank.
